How do we create enterprises, work, and ultimately economies that reflect a life of meaning and purpose? How do we avoid having to make rotten compromises in the work we choose to do? What steps
can we take so that 20-25 years down the road we don’t experience the disappointment, regret and dissatisfaction of a life decision that provided material well-being, but nothing really more than “an old body and a tired mind?” Creating Good Work – Building Healthy Economies is a community talk and collaborative interaction that explores solutions as to how we can bring meaning and purpose into the workplace, live a life that makes a difference for others, and support hearth and home, too. We don’t dream this into existence, we build it.

Join Ron Schultz, editor of the forthcoming book, Creating Good Work –The World’s Leading Social Entrepreneuers Show How to Build a Healthy Economy, Palgrave Macmillan, 2013 for an evening of ideas and action that has the opportunity to shift the economies of entire communities.

CO-HOSTED BY SHAMBHALA NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, HUB BAY AREA, GREEN ECONOMY THINK TANK AND ENTREPRENEURS4CHANGE
